The International Telecommunications Union (ITU) has a useful site at www.itu.int. This points to a number of national regulators, such as that for the UK, Ofcom (www.ofcom.org.uk).
Two of our clients, which have useful websites are the UK Competitive Telecommunications Association, at www.ukcta.org.uk, and the European Competitive Telecommunications Associations, at www.ectaportal.com.
The site for the European Union (www.europa.eu.int) is generally useful, but in particular Eurostat (http://europa.eu.int/en/comm/eurostat), its statistics arm publishes a wide range of useful data, including enterprise, employment and turnover statistics for each country.
You should visit the sites of Profundus associates. These include:
